微软亚洲研究院以推动产品的进步作为重要使命，迄今为止已为微软产品注入了300多项技术创新。创新工程组是为这一使命做出突出贡献的一支软件工程力量。作为一项集中化的资源，创新工程组承接整个研究院范围内的项目，通过集合软件工程师、用户体验专家、项目经理、商务策略师、研究人员和产品组同事等的共同努力，把想法变成现实，从而促进技术转移和产品孵化。
工作职责
交互设计，界面设计，用户调研
任职要求
•        美术、设计或相关专业本科及以上学历，在校学生
•        有一定的视觉设计创造能力，熟练使用PS, AI等Adobe系列设计软件，对平面设计、界面设计有一定的经验
•        具备创新思维，同时能追求细节
•        具备良好的团队意识，能与团队中其他成员愉快合作
•        能得到导师的同意
工作时间要求
能保证三个月以上的实习， 每周不少于四天

Group Overview
Making product impact is a key mission for Microsoft Research Asia, which has shipped more than 300 innovations to Microsoft products. The Innovation Engineering Group (IEG) contributes significantly to this mission. It serves as a software engineering force driving product impact. As a centralized resource, IEG works on projects across the entire lab. The group facilitates product incubation and technology transfers by bringing together software engineers, user experience experts, program managers, business strategists, researchers and product partners to turn ideas into reality.  

Role& Responsibility
Interaction Design, User study and UI design.

Required Qualification:

•        Design, Interaction related BS or MS student
•        Be familiar with the wonders of Photoshop, Illustrator. Have strong design and creative skills in interactive and multi-media
•        Be creative, and have an eye for detail
•        Have the ability to work as part of a team and play well with the others.
•        Can get your advisor’s approval.

Required Internship Duration:
Can commit at least 3 months internship
